Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026 Civil and Employment Mediation Institute. Here are answers to some of your Frequently Asked Questions.

All the workshops qualify for California MCLE. See the list of workshops to verify specific MCLE information.

Refund requests should be submitted to info@scmediation.org.

  • Full refunds will be issued for requests received at least 30 days prior to the event.
  • Requests made 15 to 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Requests received 9 to 14 days before the event will receive a 25% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for requests submitted on or after June 4, 2026.
